Golden Oriole

The Golden Oriole is a beautiful bird that adds a bright splash of colour to the deep woods. The males are very beautiful, with bright yellow feathers, a pink bill, and a sharp black stripe across their eyes that makes them look like they are wearing a mask. The females are just as beautiful, but in a more subtle way. Their soft, greenish-yellow coats are very elegant.

Both males and females have a deep, piercing red iris that looks great against their feathers. These hard-to-find birds are usually high up in the trees, where they peacefully eat and explore the leaves, either alone or in pairs.
